At Elongation Official, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy on qualifying orders. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be strictly unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original seals and tags intact. Please note that any item that shows signs of use, wear, or handling is strictly non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof so we can arrange a replacement or full refund. To initiate a standard return for an unused item, contact us at elongationofficial@gmail.com for authorization and return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and returned packages must be sent using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 30 business days.
