These Terms govern access to elongationofficial.com and purchases from Elongation Official. The store is operated by 202503065279 (003707063-H), a company registered in Asia under registration number 202503065279 (003707063-H). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence are not excluded or limited by these Terms.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use:

You must be legally capable of entering a contract or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized purposes; interfere with security or operation; transmit malicious code; scrape the store contrary to applicable law; or infringe another person’s rights.

Products and Information:

We try to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary by display and production batch. Compatibility, measurements, load ratings and safety claims apply only as described on the relevant product page and may depend on correct installation and use. Product information does not replace professional medical, mobility, vehicle or safety advice.

Prices Currency and Taxes:

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversion by a bank or payment provider may produce a different final amount or fee. Prices may change before an order is placed. Taxes, duties and customs charges are handled as displayed at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.

Orders:

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept the order by issuing confirmation or beginning fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, quantity limits, shipping restrictions or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate order and contact information. Contact us immediately if a correction is required.

Payment:

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Available payment methods appear at checkout and may vary by country, device or order. You authorize the applicable provider to charge the total shown before you submit the order.

Delivery:

Processing and transit estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Orders may be fulfilled from regional or supplier facilities and may arrive in separate parcels. Risk and responsibility for loss transfer only as permitted by applicable law.

Returns Refunds and Consumer Rights:

Our Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms. Voluntary return conditions do not replace rights for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods under applicable consumer law.

Promotions and Bundles:

Promotions apply only under their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. Discounts may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed. If part of a discounted bundle is returned with approval, the refund may be recalculated based on the value of items kept where disclosed and permitted by law.

Intellectual Property:

The store and its original text, graphics, branding, photographs and design are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No content may be reproduced, sold, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

Reviews and User Content:

If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience, is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content for operating and marketing the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, irrelevant, abusive or infringes rights, but we will not suppress a genuine negative review merely because it is unfavourable.

Third Party Services:

The store may use or link to third-party services, including payment, tracking and social-media services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, although this does not limit responsibility that applicable law places on us for fulfilment of your order.

Disclaimer:

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer guarantees.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Indemnity:

Where permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses arising directly from your unlawful use of the store, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to ordinary consumer use or limit mandatory consumer rights.

Severability and Waiver:

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection that applies in the customer’s country of residence. Any dispute may be brought before a court or dispute-resolution body that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms:

We may update these Terms for future use of the store. The version in effect when an order is placed normally governs that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. We will publish the effective date of each version.
